Brief Summary:
This randomized controlled trial aims to compare the analgesic efficacy of parasternal intercostal plane block (PIPB) alone versus the combination of parasternal intercostal plane block and serratus anterior plane block (SAPB) in adult patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery via sternotomy.
