No two patients with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) are the same and individualizing treatment is vital. Clinicians must integrate factors such as age of onset, autoantibody profile, clinical manifestation, gender, and thymic pathology to classify gMG subtypes and tailor treatment strategies.
